30-Minute Mindfulness Zoom sessions

  • When: Varies
  • Where: Join virtually from anywhere (Zoom)
  • Open to: Anyone 18+ years old! Please note that sessions are NOT psychotherapy services.
  • Cost: $30
  • What to expect: Join Dr. Jeanne Jakob as she hosts a 30-Minute Mindfulness Zoom experience. Log on at 12pm (Pacific Time) to settle in and enjoy the visuals, prompts and background music. Jeanne will lead guided mindfulness starting around 5 minutes after the hour. A meditation chime will signal the beginning and end of Jeanne’s guided mindfulness. The final minutes will end with a theme-based song of Jeanne’s choosing and lyrics posted to follow along.
  • Instructor’s qualifications: Dr. Jeanne Jakob has expert training in third-wave psychotherapies (ACT/DBT) that incorporate mindfulness practices. In addition to her expertise as a clinical psychologist, Jeanne completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and received training in mindfulness techniques from psychologist, Carolyn Daitch, PhD.
